    Hello Friend,

    Its not a big problem you have use the older version vlc media player,

    First of all go to the your system control panel,

    After this please open the programs and then open the uninstalling programs,

    Then uninstall the vlc media player,and restart your system,

    Now after restart system go to the browser and open the vlc official website http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html‎

    After this download the latest version in your system and install,

    Then you play the videos normally in your system,

    I hope this information usefull to you,

    Hello,

    VLC Player is a good Media Player. But some how it has corrupted . I suggest you to kindly
    uninstall the software and re-install it again on your PC. If , you face the samle problem again
    then there are alaternatives for VLC Player such as,

    1. GOM Player.
    2. KM Player.
    3. Real Player.

    You can also download the latest version of the VLC Player from the internet and isntall it to
    your PC.

    Bye,

    Re: VLC Player in Windows 7 Professional is showing only half video

    Hi,

    To resolve the issue follow these guide lines

    First of all open the VLC player

    and now press ctrl+p combination from the keyboard

    and from the left pane click on VIDEO taB

    and now select the Full Screen option........and click the SAVE button........after that play any video file and check now

    if it fails ... try to press C or A letter to ... adjust the Screen Ratio....

    and if again the same problem persists ..... try to re-install the VLC to get the solution

    But before that ... you need to completely remove the VLC ... because ....if you leave the Registry entries of Previous.. Version ... then also the same problem will appears ... even if you re-install the new one also

    So, after that uninstall the player from the control panel... press windows key+R and type regedit and click ok, yes

    after that expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software ...... under the software folder delete the VideoLAN folder key from the left pane

    and now RESTART the PC >.. after that download the latest version of player ... install it ... to get the solution

    All the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My dear friend.

    It is not a big problem.

    These kind of things happen sometimes.

    So don't worry about it.

    Just follow the instructions given below to get rid of it:-

    --> Play any video in VLC Media player.

    --> Double click within the player window to get the full screen view.

    --> If the video is still half then you can make Crop the video as per requirement.

    --> There is a shortcut for that the letter 'C' of the keyboard.

    --> If you are not satisfied then you can change the Aspect ratio of the video.

    --> For that the keyboard shortcut is letter 'A'.

    --> If the problem still persists then go to Control Panel.

    --> Find Programs and features.

    --> A list will open.

    --> Find VLC player.

    --> Click on it and press uninstall.

    --> Wait for it to finish and install VLC player again.

    Now your problem will most likely be resolved.

    I hope the information will be helpful.

    Regards
    tanveersandhu.

    -> By pressing "a" again and again size of video will get changed .
    -> Stop there when it is comfortable for you.
